Durian Society Interiors Design Awards, the student design competition, has grown to become one of the most awaited calendar events in the industry. Every year, the competition is known to introduce something new - a change that will challenge the designers of the future.
After eight years, it is time for the competition to graduate into a "Design Festival" - a place for the students to take back more than just the prize money, trophy, medals and the certificate.
Durian Society Interiors Design Awards 2010 will be a two-day conclave, where the present and future of design shall interact. The event will be held in Mumbai somewhere in the last week of January 2010.
Senior architects and eminent designers shall do presentations and answer queries of students regarding the various aspects of the profession and their own expertise. These interactive sessions, open to both students, academicians and professionals, will be spread over both the days. The interactive sessions will be surely helpful to budding students & will give inspiration to them.
Durian Society Interiors Design Awards Student Competition Finals and the Grand Finale are, of course, a part of the conclave.
