You will want to come here again and again. The premises were done up in the brand colours with an industrial theme and their signature red. The workstations carried the same theme with mesh chairs also following the same theme.

  • 1. What are the services included in Durian’s free Interior Design consultation?

    We offer comprehensive home and office furniture solutions only. Our certified designers will take you through our range of home and office furniture along with tips suggestions and ideas to design and decorate your space.
    After the initial visit our designer will work to create a personalized proposal for furniture which can be experienced at your nearest Durian store. Upon your approval, we take the process forward to initiate the work.
    While your space is being done up we will be in contact with you for any help/suggestions or recommendations you may need.
    Post the order confirmation, we also take care of installing the selected furniture to your liking.
  • 2. What are the services that will not be a part of the consult?

    We are currently unable to extend an all-inclusive service. We however do offer furniture for your home and office along with expert recommendations from the designer.
    Currently we are unable to offer the following:
    • Structural or civil work
    • False ceilings and plastering
    • Bathrooms fixtures and fittings
    • Flooring
    • Windows
    • Painting and associated services
    • Product customizations* (Sofa customizations available)
  • 3. When should I be consulting with you?

    The ideal time for a free consultation with us is about 90 days before you move into a new space. Our furniture collections keep getting updated with new and exciting designs every week. You can pick out products from our new arrivals closer to the possession date. We also request you to ensure that flooring and basic civil work is complete, so we get a better idea of space.
  • 4. Where all can I engage the team?

    Currently, we are taking projects for homes and offices. We undertake 1 - 2 rooms as projects and we will also take up projects that encompass your entire space(s) be it your home or office.
  • 5. What about my old furniture? What if I wish to retain some furniture?

    That’s not a problem at all! We will work with any existing furniture you have. Our designers will make sure that your suggestions are taken it into consideration and work with the furniture you already have.
  • 6. What about other furniture I like that’s not from Durian? Will you help me source and assemble it?

    We currently cannot recommend products to you outside of our furniture catalog. Feel free to choose products outside of our catalog as per your liking. However, we will not assemble or install these products.
  • 7. How long does it take from the time of the consult to a fully furnished space?

    This process is entirely dependent on you. Some things take their time, while some decisions are taken in a jiffy. However, from confirmation to completion of the order, it takes up to 6 weeks.
  • 8. How many changes can I make to my selection of furniture?

    We take a lot of time and effort in doing up our homes. We also believe that a happy space will ultimately lead to a happier you. Having a wide range to pick from is something we recommend and will be happy to help you choose. We understand your requirements and we will work with you to make as many changes to the proposal as needed.
  • 9. What if I don’t like the design proposal?

    We completely understand if you don’t agree to our designer’s suggestions. We would reconsider your options, understand your needs and revise the proposal if needed. However if this is still not what you are looking for, we may part ways. If you have any queries or concerns feel free to contact us here.
  • 1. How long does it take to deliver everything?

    The delivery schedule totally depends on your order. Highlighted below are the times associated with the delivery of our furniture.
    • Home furniture 15 - 20 days
    • Office furniture 15 - 20 days
    • Made to order sofas 45 days
  • 2. How will the delivery happen? Can I take staggered delivery of the products I've liked?

    Yes, absolutely. We will work according to your schedule to deliver furniture in installments as it suits you. We will also assemble all the furniture in your order as per your choice and convenience.
  • 1. How do I place my order? What are the terms for payment?

    Once you’re agreed on the product suggestions by the designer and our sales executive you can place the order at the showroom or our sales executive can come receive the order from a place of your choice. To read more about our payment terms click here.
  • 2. What about offers and discounts? What about bulk purchases?

    Yes, we do. Our Sales executive will ensure that the discount offers are shared with you along with your design proposal. Any bulk purchase enquiries can be forwarded to our team here.
  • 1. What if I don’t like some of products you have to offer? What about cancellations?

    We recommend all our customers to come experience the products of their choosing in our showrooms. We believe in our products and ensure you a new experience in furniture. However once you have finalized on a set of products and confirmed your order we will be unable to cancel the order.
  • 2. What if I change my mind after the project is completed?

    Sorry, we will not be able to process cancellation requests after the order is delivered.
